This patio holds a lot of nice memories and it is on the outside of the Mt. Baldy Lodge where we use to go and enjoy the day -when we would escape to the local mountains (before we ever lived in the mountains).
I've been wanting to go back. The last time we were up here it was in winter/spring a few years back and the umbrellas had been put away, the tables shoved to the side and covered.
I went and searched through my photo files because I kept seeing myself going to Mt. Baldy soon and enjoying a summer day in the cool air. If it's not too hot when we go we can do a hike behind what use to be called the Ice House before it burned down so many years ago.
So soon I will be sipping a beer and enjoying the breezes. I will go during the week - not the weekend when it will be crowded. We have another power outage schedule for next week because of more power pole replacements so that will be a good day to head out.
