....sounds like a deal to me - Makes me think of the series "Shut Eye" which i really enjoyed on Netflix. All about the psychics who work in and around Los Angeles and the thug family who runs and controls them all. It's like the Mafia except it's not about drug running, prohibition or the word I want escapes me but yet I had a dream about it this morning... It's like a shakedown they do for money and offer the business protection.
Funny - I thought that building was white! Maybe they painted it recently and I hadn't noticed! I can't think of the term you couldn't think of either, and neither could Ken when I asked him. lol
