I LOVE THE CENTRAL COAST OF CALIFORNIA

When we visit the central coast, especially Pismo Beach up to San Luis Obispo area and beyond,  I love driving through the wide open spaces a little bit inland where there are  many vineyards and ranches  in the area.   I feel a bit nostalgic lately because we won't be going up there over Thanksgiving like usual   due to  Covid and so many places being closed.

I was reading about the Lake Hughes fire today, which is north of Los Angeles and every year for the past three years i believe, there has been a fire in one of the mountain ranges as we travel from our area to the Central Coast.   In our area but not in the mountains here, there has been the Apple Fire - another destructive fire burning through the forests that is still not totally contained.

Hope all is well in your world.  We are having monsoonal type weather whcih brings not only heat but lots of humidity and in some places thunder storms.

I need some cooler sea breezes.
So sorry about the fires in your area. I didn't know the Apple fire still isn't contained.
last year it was our area being hit..Now its yours in So. Cal.
    Be safe
Sorry you can't be with family for Thanksgiving. Nothing will be as it was, it seems. Don't like the "new normal" at all.
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.

  5. En verano el calor y los descuidos humanos son mal para los incendios.
    Cuídate.
    Un abrazo.
