We made sure we got out today and over to Lake Arrowhead before the winds start up tonight. I keep reading they will be extreme so hoping we don't lose power. I like the idea that they will shut power off if the winds pose a danger. I would rather deal with that than having to evacuate .
Anyway, the black oak trees and aspens are amazing right now at the lake. I took lots of photos but only have time to post one.
That must have been a beautiful walk in person! Wish I could have walked it with you!
ReplyDeleteHope everything will be okay tonight and tomorrow. Would you go to J's if you had to evacuate? Have you discussed that with him?
yes we have - however, they will most definitely lose power - any time the winds are strong because of the wind tunnel and the way they shut off power now where he is ...
ReplyDeleteBut yes - he siad we should come there if we have to evacuate.
Hoping your winds don't get high! Looking forward to more walking photos. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely place to walk. I hope you don't have to evacuate and that your power isn't turned off. I keep hearing about the fires out there.
ReplyDeleteLos colores otoñales se ponen en evidencia en este hermoso lugar.

It looks so warm and it's very beautiful. We are having two days of incredibly cold weather, below freezing.
